As we prepare to upgrade to the new aacargo.com, we are implementing a few temporary operational restrictions to reduce complexity and demands on the system. By implementing these guidelines, we will be better able to continue our industry-leading customer service to support your business.
There are two restriction windows for flights between Sept. 30 and Oct. 12 as we transition to the new aacargo.com.
Allotment bookings are not affected, but new allotments or changes to existing allotments should be made after Oct. 1. Please ask your sales representative if you have any allotment questions.
